Life Story Work
AMENDMENT
The Life Story Work protocol sets out the expectations and process for all looked after children and young people with a plan of permanence to have Life Story work completed. It sets out the roles and responsibilities for social workers and carers and contains a template which should be used to record details of the child's life so far.
